• •Lifetime Buyback: We offer lifetime buyback on all gold and diamond jewelry as per our buyback policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• •Item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
• •Original purchase invoice and certificate (if applicable) must be provided.
• •Item must not be damaged, altered, or resized by a third party.
• •Special order and customized items may have different return conditions.

• •Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@hirapannajewellers.in or visit our store.
• •Step 2: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions.
• •Step 3: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• •Step 4: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

• •Items can be exchanged for any other product of equal or higher value.
• •If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
• •If the new item is of lower value, store credit will be issued for the difference.
• •Lifetime exchanges are available as per our lifetime exchange policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• •Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
• •We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• •Manufacturing defects are covered under our lifetime warranty.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• •Personalized or engraved jewelry.
• •Special order or custom-made items.
• •Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
• •Gold coins and bullion (subject to separate terms).
